All sales of digital products—including eBooks, PDFs, audiobooks, and downloadable resources—are final and non-refundable.
Once the product is delivered, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of digital downloads.

We recommend reviewing product descriptions and sample pages carefully before purchasing.


2. Physical Products

We offer select physical products such as printed books and companion workbooks.

Products fulfilled by Amazon:
If your product is purchased via Amazon, Amazon’s return and refund policy applies.
Please initiate returns directly through your Amazon account.

Products fulfilled by CamBriann Publishing:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Approved returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
