1. Do you offer refunds on digital products?
All sales of digital products (including eBooks, PDFs, audiobooks, and downloadable resources) are final. Once purchased and delivered, digital products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How long do I have to download my digital product?
Download links for digital products are valid for 72 hours from the time of purchase or one-time use, whichever comes first. If you encounter any issues downloading your file, contact our support team within that window for assistance.
3. Can I share or resell my digital purchase?
No. All digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited and violates our License Notice and Terms of Use.
4. Do you sell physical products?
Yes, we offer select physical products such as printed books and companion workbooks. These may be sold directly through CamBriann Publishing or via Amazon. If the product is sold through Amazon, Amazon’s return and refund policy will apply.
5. How do I know if a physical product is sold through CamBriann Publishing or Amazon?
Each product listing will indicate whether it’s fulfilled by CamBriann Publishing or sold through Amazon. If redirected to Amazon for purchase, your order and return will be handled according to Amazon’s terms.
6. What is the license for the digital downloads?
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or share your purchase with others.
